Fill out the Online Intake Form. This lets us know which area(s) to focus treatment. 2. Arrive to your appointment on time. 3. Allow the therapist to do an assessment before treatment. 4. Communicate with your therapist regarding any concerns, precautions and pressure preferences. 5. Practice deep, slow breathing during treatment to aid relaxation and muscle release. 6. Don't rush quickly to get up after session. 7. Hydrate after treatment. 8. Avoid rushing back into intense activity or work.
